Women’s Health GP Consultation

Personalised private GP consultations for a wide range of women's health concerns

Women’s health is about much more than menopause.

Whether you’re struggling with heavy periods, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), troublesome contraception side effects or other gynaecological concerns, it can sometimes be difficult to find enough time during a routine GP appointment to fully explore your symptoms.

At Time to Pause, I offer dedicated private Women’s Health GP consultations, providing the time to listen carefully, understand your concerns and develop a personalised plan based on the latest evidence.

Appointments are available in person at Stockton House, Southam, Warwickshire, or online throughout the UK, depending on your individual needs.

What happens during the Women’s Health GP Consultation appointment?

Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to complete a health questionnaire where appropriate, allowing me to understand your symptoms before we meet.

During your appointment we’ll discuss:

  • Your current symptoms
  • Your medical history
  • Previous investigations or treatments
  • Current medications
  • Lifestyle factors
  • Your concerns and priorities

Depending on your symptoms, we may also discuss:

  • Further investigations
  • Blood tests
  • Imaging or scans
  • Treatment options
  • Lifestyle advice
  • Referral to an NHS or private specialist where appropriate

Together we’ll agree a personalised management plan tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

My aim is that you leave your appointment feeling listened to, informed and confident about your next steps.
