Know Your Numbers® Women’s Health Clinic
Helping you understand your health today and reduce your risk for tomorrow
Most women have had blood tests at some point, perhaps as part of an NHS Health Check or because of symptoms they’ve been experiencing.
But once the results come back, many are simply told that everything is “normal” without really understanding what those results mean, what their personal risk is, or what they could do to improve their long-term health.
The Know Your Numbers® Women’s Health Clinic was created to change that.
This is a unique consultation designed to help you understand your health in far greater detail. Together, we’ll look beyond individual blood test results to assess your future risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney disease and osteoporosis, while identifying practical steps you can take to improve your long-term health.
Whether you’re approaching menopause, already postmenopausal, have a family history of heart disease or simply want a better understanding of your health, this clinic is designed to give you knowledge, confidence and a personalised prevention plan.
Appointments are available in person at Stockton House, Southam, Warwickshire, or online throughout the UK.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have blood tests first?
Not necessarily. If you've had suitable blood tests within the last three months, Option 1 may be appropriate. If not, Option 2 includes comprehensive blood testing before your consultation.
Is this the same as an NHS Health Check?
No. An NHS Health Check provides valuable screening, but this clinic offers considerably more time to interpret your results, assess your individual risks and create a personalised prevention plan.
Will you calculate my risk of heart disease?
Yes. We'll assess your lifetime cardiovascular risk and discuss practical ways to reduce it.
Can this appointment replace my NHS GP review?
No. This clinic complements your NHS care by providing additional time, education and personalised advice. Where appropriate, I'll recommend that you either continue to work with your NHS GP for ongoing management or you can continue to see me as your private GP if you wish.
Could I need additional investigations?
Occasionally. Depending on your results and medical history, I may recommend further investigations such as an ECG, echocardiogram, DEXA scan or additional blood tests. If these are required, we'll discuss them together.
